Shelley is an amazing real estate agent. We bought a new home with her and sold our old home through her. She was quick to respond to any of our needs, at any time of day. She made us feel as if we were her only client and deserved all of her focus. As we were looking at potential homes, she was honest about pros and cons and never wasted our time with homes that didn't fit our needs or budget. And the end result? Despite listing high, we had multiple offers and sold our old home above listing price. And we purchased a home for much lower than the listed price, below the appraised value. JB
